STEP 1: Sign Up & Get Your U.S. Shipping Address

Create a free account with us and receive your personal U.S. shipping address through our partner warehouse. This is the address you’ll use when shopping online at stores like Amazon, Shein, Temu, Fashion Nova, and more!

 STEP 2: Shop Online From Any U.S. Store

Use your GlowGoShip U.S. address at checkout when buying from any U.S. retailer. Once your package arrives at our warehouse, we’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp.

 You can track your package in real time using our Track My Package form on the website.

 

STEP 3: We Ship It to Jamaica

Once your package arrives and clears U.S. processing, we consolidate and ship it to our Jamaica hub in Portmore.
We handle customs clearance and keep you updated every step of the way.

 STEP 4: Need to Return Something?

Returning a Shein or Amazon item? No problem.
Just submit a Return Request Form on our site and drop off the item to us.
We’ll print the return label, package it, and ship it back to the retailer  fast and easy.
